In Memory

Carl Ausdemore

My dad's name is listed as passed away, with year unknown.

I simply wanted to clarify. My dad passed away Feb. 15, 2004 in a motor vehicle accident. He was 53 (he was buried on his 54th birthday). After graduation, he worked at the mines in San Manuel. He worked there as a pipefitter for 27 years until their closing. Afterwards, he went back to college and earned a degree in accounting. At the time of his passing, he worked as an accountant at a local credit union.
He was an avid motorcycle rider and was going to meet some friends less than two miles up the road when someone ran a stop sign and hit him on his bike.

I feel it necessary to mention (as his daughter, of course) that he was an awesome dad and grandpa, and a wonderful brother and friend. He had three kids (1 girl, 2 boys)and when he passed, he had 1 grandchild (he now has 3).

We miss his smile and his laughter everyday, but at least we have those good times to remember.

Dear Daughter,

It was nice to hear Carl's story.  He will be missed and remembered by his classmates. I know your family misses him, but he is watching you and smiling.

Thank you for giving us his life's story. I remember talking to him our last reunion and he was going to look forward to our next one.

Thank you for sharing. I remember good things about Carl and his siblings. We lived over in the same neighborhood for years and came up through the years in school together. Blessings to your family.
